Zumba in Physiotherapy

Music is the science or art of ordering tones or sound in succession, combined with rhythm melody and harmony. A composition having unity or continuity, resulting in an expression of emotion, ideas or memories. As music defines “Rhythm and harmony find their way into the inward places of the soul”. And Zumba workout is not dance class if someone was really that concerned in making sure that the steps where they would be taking ballet Zumba is an easy to follow fitness program where you literally follow the steps move.

As long as you keep moving it will provide results. There is no right or wrong way to do Zumba.

If instructions stopped between each song to teach all the step it would defeat the

purpose of having a cardio dance program.



How does it work in physiotherapy ?
